Adult Comedy by Jeanne Michels and Phyllis Murphy
Simon Frederick, Director

Where can two sisters on the other side of 50, who want to add a little zest, fun and excitement to their lives find it? BINGO! Babe and Sis compliment each other in ways only sisters can and they drive each other crazy in that same sisterly way. A real bingo game (The Middle Bird Special!) is played by the audience during the show and somebody will win a fresh frozen turkey at every performance. This show played to packed houses at Chicago's Buckingham Theatre.

"The Queen of Bingo is hilarious comedy." - Columbia Chronicle

Cast and Crew Photos

Father Mac (John Pitcher)
Tin Shop audiences will fondly remember John as one of the Spanish suitors in last season's The Odd Couple and Curly in Catfish Moon. More recently John appeared in The Crucible at SMC. He serves as treasurer on the board of the Beckwith Theatre Co. During the day, John is VP for Business and Finance at Southwestern Michigan College.

Sis (Carol Morningstar)
This talented and versatile actress is making her fourth appearance at The Tin Shop. Last year her performances included The Odd Couple and Gift of the Magi. She has been seen on several area stages including the Beckwith and the Southbend Civic Theatre. During the day, Carol is a Probation Officer for Berrien County.

Babe (Pam Clark)
Most recently, Pam directed Catfish Moon here at The Tin Shop. Pam is a veteran of many theatre productions both as an actress and director. Recent directing credits include Playing Dr., Inspecting Carol, and Camping With Henry and Tom. We here at The Tin Shop appreciate Pam's enthusiasm and willingness to drive from Three Rivers every night to Rehearse.

The Caller (Paul Stortz)
Although not seen on stage, "The Caller" does however exert a very strong presence throughout the play. Audiences enjoyed him last year in Catfish Moon as Gordon. Paul has also been seen in Silver Whistle, Friends, and Beauty and The Beast. He is a native Canadian, and during the day he is Publisher of The South County Gazette and Trade Lines.

Director - Designer (Simon Frederick)
Simon is a veteran of more than 200 theatre productions as an actor and director. He hold numerous credits in film, television, commercials, and extensive work in voice-overs and film "looping." Last year Simon directed The Odd Couple and appeared as Manolo Costanzuela in that same show. He also directed our very popular children's show The Frog Prince, and Gift of the Magi at Christmas time in the Historic Berrien Springs Courthouse.

Technical Director (Phillip Place)
This is Phillip's sixth year as full time Technical Director. He is currently attending Lake Michigan College, working towards a certificate/degree in Computer Information Systems and Network Management. During the day, Phillip is President and Service Manager of PCplus Computer Services in Niles. When He's not working, he works with the Buchanan Police Department as a Reserve Officer.

Stage Manager (Jennifer Goldberg)
Jennifer is a rising Senior at Buchanan High School where she served as Assistant/Technical Director for many productions including Cinderella, You Can't Take it With You, Murder in the Magnolias, Alice and Wonderland and others...
