THREE
NIGHTS ONLY
Moving
Forward by: Lisa Cripps - Bill Downey, Director
Last One On by: Lisa Cripps - Gerry Cunningham, Director
|
Moving Forward - Three different
women. Three different situations. Three different points
of view. One passion: to keep Moving Forward. This poignant,
emotional one-act reveals the commonalties of facing
fear, mustering courage and ultimately living life to
the very end.
Last One On - Developed as a companion
piece to Moving Forward, it looks at life from
the male perspective... in particular, what defines
"being a man." Four men, complete strangers,
meet in a park. Although they are not friends, for a
brief moment in time they share a unique camaraderie
without the usually requisite false fronts found in
a male world.
Both productions won recognition at regional acting
competitions and have been performed in other theatres
around the state.

The Princess

by
Patricia Barry Rumble
Tammy Digirolamo, Director

The
Archer and The Princess is based on a Russian folk take
called "Go I Know Not Where to Fetch I Know Not
What." Prepare for excitement and laughter and
more than a few flying feathers as a young husband tries
to win back his beautiful wife from the hands of a mean
Czar, who happens to be on a very unusual diet. This
traditional folk tale with a twist will charm audiences
young and old. Join our commitment to providing quality
theatre experience to a young audience as they, too,
develop a love for the performing arts.

Bev's song writing contemplates the issues of every
day life...relationships, personal growth, searching,
growing up, growing old, and songs that tell the stories
of others whose path she has crossed. Dan accompanies
Bev with extraordinary flat-picking on guitar, weaving
his own special musical story line into the material.
Join them for a special evening of song.

Arsenic
and
Old Lace

by Joseph Kesselring
Scott Swisher, Director
|
Arsenic
and Old Lace revolves around two charming and innocent
ladies of certain age, who, with the help of some highly
spiked elderberry wine, populate their cellar with the
remains of socially or religiously "acceptable"
roomers. The Brewster sisters and the rest of their
comical lunatic family won rave reviews when the play
opened and ran in New York for three years!
